Convertible C/B Footjoint

With this very unique Solexa S-301, you can easily change the ends of the footjoint, transforming it from a C to a B footjoint, or vice versa, within seconds. This remarkable innovation is perfect for those who prefer to have flexibility and choice when it comes to their footjoint. And the best thing is, it feels just like a regular C or B footjoint, depending on which adapter you use.

The obvious benefit is that you can have a C footjoint if you prefer the balance, but occasionally need the extra low B. But believe it or not, the tone of the entire flute also changes slightly depending on the length of the footjoint, so you have access to a completely new way to alter the sound of your flute with this simple and elegant solution.

What We Like

The Solexa S-201 and S-301 are unique instruments that stand out in the Intermediate category, due to their high quality, fully pinless mechanism that mimics a lot of the attributes often found on flutes more than double their price. All tubing used on Solexa instruments have been selected with extreme attention to ensure exact dimensions. Our sterling silver guarantee maximum silver content. All the rods adopt high strength and high precision stainless steel with calculated treatment. Not to be left out, our pivot and adjustment screws are produced by the most advanced CNC equipment.
